In the past, Imran Khan was Prime Minister. His sister, Aleema Khan, Imran Khan assassination plot is very worried about his safety. He is still in jail, she says, and there is a plan to kill him. She compares it to the 2019 murder of Egypt’s former president, Mohamed Morsi, while he was in jail.
Aleema said these things in a post on Thursday on X (which used to be Twitter). She said that Imran Khan, who is the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), had been told about the plan. Ashley Aleema says that strong proof of this plan’s truth has been given to her family.
In her post, Aleema looked at the past and talked about how the Pharaohs lost power. She also spoke about the 2022 attempt on the life of her brother in Wazirabad. Aleema also said that while General Asim Munir was in charge, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) took over the Islamabad Judicial Complex to get rid of Imran Khan. Her words were clear, though: “Only Allah Almighty decides between life and death.”
Aleema talked about how many Muslims around the world and people in Pakistan still back Imran Khan. She said that every day, millions of people pray for his health. Ismail Khan has been in a lot of trouble with the law, but he has been found not guilty and is still in jail.
Aleema was also worried about what was going on at Adiala Jail, where Imran Khan was being held. I asked Imran why he thought there was a plan to kill him while he was in jail. She said the ISI ran the centre. “Millions of people who are praying for his release deserve an answer,” she told me.
Many people who support the PTI are afraid of Imran Khan’s safety because of the claims. But the government hasn’t said anything official about these reports yet.
Khan has been in a lot of law and political fights since he was removed from office. His friends are still behind him and hope that he will be freed soon, even though he is having these problems.
